Utah gymnastics: We have been working hard the past several months and with several students moving into new classes we want to make sure that all of our athletes stay strong with conditioning over the break. Below is a list of exercises that are great for athletes of all ages and skill levels.
*Remember to start each workout with a good stretch like we do in class.
3 sets of each gymnastics exercise
- 3–5 Pushups
- 3–5 V-Ups
- 3–5 Burpees
- 3–5 Handstand Holds
- 3–5 Candle stick holds
- 3–5 Back bends (advanced do back walk overs)
Remember our body’s need lots of vitamins to keep us strong and healthy for workouts. See if you can fill your body with vitamins through food over the break. Have some fun finding what fruits and veggies have different vitamins.
