Our recreational gymnastics program is a non-competitive program designed to develop coordination, balance, flexibility, and fitness in both girls and boys who are ready to learn. Gymnasts in our recreational classes move progressively through class levels as they develop basic skills and build upon that foundation. Our qualified coaches utilize gymnastics equipment, props, and teaching techniques to actively engage our students, keeping them learning and moving during class. Our recreational classes range from basic to advanced.
